Refund & Returns Policy

The item must be in its original unused condition to be returned and credited, unless there is a manufacturer defect.

The item must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

  1. Please email to request a return authorisation form
  2. Returns will be accepted via freight (within business hours Mon-Fri 8am-4pm) at the customers expense to:

  1. Items must be returned in original packaging and include all accessories and documents including the return authorisation form and copy of proof of purchase.

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from the refund.
Original shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
Refunds will be issued once the item has been inspected and approved by mysupply.
Credits will be refunded to the credit card used in the original transaction.
